General conditions of sale for Aha Mediaworks, Inc.

Article 1: Scope of application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the Aha Mediaworks, Inc. network. Is considered as "client" any natural or legal person making with the company Aha Mediaworks, Inc. an order validated via our secure payment platform, or by check or cash.

Delivery is made to the address you specified when placing your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter and especially the postal code). However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary so that you still receive your product or that you are reimbursed according to your warranty.
